The Moses Bust!

Why is it that every year my first round draft pick in Flast Fest Fantasy Football League is a bust? Here is a list of busts I have had: Priest Holmes - He was hurt that year Jamal Lewis - His first year out of prison and boy was he terrible LaMont Jordan - Two words - Art Shell - Al Davis thought he could get retro with his team Laurence Maroney - He is currently hurt this year. Journey Man and backup - Sammy Morris is having a better year. How bad is that? Anyway next year, I am going to pick Baltimore defense since I have been ridiculed in my league ever since I picked Baltimore defense in the sixth round. Christian and gang please give up. I am better than that (other than my history of first round picks). Next year I heading to Barbados with my family and Kevin and Sadiqq can pick my team. Well that's all for now and I had to relay my anguish on my first round picks. I feel like the LA Clippers or the Arizona Cardinals who are historical losers! Oh well live goes on...

Its in a month and half...

Well you may know that it has been a while since I wrote my blog entry. What can I say. I have been swamped at work and at home. Time doesn't stop until I write a blog entry. Instead time marches on to the beat of tic, toc, tic, toc. As time continues to march on, I am close to wrapping up my fantasy baseball season where I am back into playoff contention and I am getting ready for the fantasy football season. The fantasy baseball game requires day to day following but it is an easier game since it is person-to-person (pitcher vs batter) matchup game. Football on the other hand is a true team sport. Team matchups help but it is still "crapshoot". However since games only take once a week, I spend more time researching match ups, injury reports and speculate on next week's games. In closing, I would like to leave you with this NFL.com TV ad. It is so true about the "armchair GM". It's all about the championship.
